Measurable Data for Maximum Performance.
For People Who Train With Purpose.
You don’t need motivation, you just need better information. This provides clarity on how your body performs, so training becomes more efficient and intentional.
The Performance Passport is built for:
- Runners, cyclists, triathletes, and hybrid athletes
- Strength and conditioning athletes who want more engine without harming their joints
- Long-time exercisers targeting objective data to get them to that next level
Perfomance Passport
Advanced 3D Biomechanics & Movement Assessment
Neuromuscular Control Assessment with Force Plates
VO2 Max Test
Precise Data To Increase
Your Performance Span.
-
VO2 Max Testing
Pinpoints your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds so you can train with precision, dialing in exact paces, power outputs, and heart rate zones that improve game-day performance, delay fatigue, and maximize training return. -
Biomechanics For Performance
A 3D movement analysis identifies inefficiencies, asymmetries, and mobility limitations that can cap power output, compromise technique, or limit progression. This helps you move better, train harder, and perform more consistently. -
Force Plate Power & Stability
Quantifies how efficiently you produce, absorb, and transfer force, key drivers of speed, explosiveness, reactivity, and repeatable output under fatigue. These metrics directly inform power development and performance readiness.
Your Visit.
Step By Step.
The session takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, here’s what to expect:
- Welcome: We'll run through what to expect during the tests - the what and the why.
- Biomechanics: A series of targeted movements using AI powered computer vision.
- Neuromuscular: We'll measure strength, power, force production and absorption, movement quality and balance on lab grade force plates.
- VO2 Max: Use a treadmill or bike to test how much oxygen your body can use during intense exercise, revealing the size of your 'engine'.
- On-Site Debrief: A high level explanation of key findings and a chance to ask questions.
- Your Performance Passport Report: A detailed, visual PDF summarizing your results, priorities, and recommendations.
What Does Your Performance Passport Report Include?
- Full-body movement health snapshot
- Force + mobility data across key patterns
- Left/right imbalances and compensation insights
- Early indicators of longevity risk
- VO2 Max score + percentile ranking
- Lactate Thresholds
- Personalized Heart Rate Zones
- Fuel source Analysis (fat vs carb usage)
- Benchmark data to track progress over time
- Training recommendations
- Comprehensive PDF report (easy to share with your trainer, physio or coach)
FAQs
The Performance Passport is a guided, multi-part performance assessment designed to identify how efficiently your body produces energy, generates force, and moves under load.
Over the course of your appointment, you’ll complete:
- VO2 Max testing to assess aerobic capacity, endurance potential, and performance ceilings
- Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing to understand baseline energy needs and recovery demands
- Force plate assessments to measure power output, rate of force development, assymetry in force production/absorption, and neuromuscular efficiency
- AI-based biomechanical movement analysis to evaluate movement quality, mobility, and load tolerance
Some portions use a breathing mask connected to metabolic analyzers; others use force plates and camera-based motion tracking. You’ll be carefully coached through each step, with performance-oriented movements, while remaining controlled and intentional.
Plan for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
This allows enough time to:
- Move through each assessment with proper rest
- Capture high-quality, repeatable performance data
- Adjust loading and intensity based on your capabilities
- Debrief key findings after testing
It’s challenging, but appropriate.
The VO2 Max test progressively increases in intensity, and the force plate assessments may involve higher effort movements designed to assess power, stability, and force production.
Everything is clearly demonstrated, closely supervised, and scaled to your experience and training background. You’re encouraged to work hard but not recklessly.
Yes. The Performance Passport is designed for trained individuals and motivated fitness enthusiasts along with just elite or professional athletes.
Each assessment is scaled to your current fitness level and adjusted in real time based on movement quality and fatigue.
You can pause or stop at any point.
Preparation is simple:
- Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours prior
- Don’t eat a heavy meal 4 hours before
- No caffeine within 4 hours or alcohol within 12 hours of testing
- Stay well hydrated
- Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes
- For the biomechanics assessment the camera will be picking up your knee and hip flexion – so no loose fitting clothing that goes beyond the knee (ideally shorts or leggings)
Arrive ready to move and we’ll handle the rest.
You’ll receive your Performance Passport report within 48 hours.
Your report includes:
- VO2 Max score and age-based percentile
- Aerobic and anaerobic thresholds
- Personalized heart rate training zones
- Power, balance, and asymmetry insights
- Movement efficiency and force production analysis
- Clear recommendations for training focus and progression
This becomes your performance baseline and a roadmap for improvement.
For performance-driven individuals, every 6 months is ideal or aligned with ongoing events (ex. an upcoming marathon or competition).
This allows you to:
- Validate whether your training is working
- Track adaptations in aerobic capacity and power
- Adjust training zones and intensity as fitness improves
Performance is built through measurement, feedback, and iteration.
