What Does Your Longevity Passport Report Include?

FAQs

The Longevity Passport is a guided, multi-part assessment designed to give you a full picture of how your body moves, produces energy, and adapts to stress as you age.

Over the course of your appointment, you’ll complete:

  • VO2 Max testing to assess cardiovascular fitness and longevity risk
  • Force plate assessments to measure strength, balance, asymmetry in force production/absorption, and neuromuscular control
  • AI-based biomechanical movement analysis to evaluate mobility, range of motion, asymmetry, and movement efficiency

Some portions use a breathing mask connected to metabolic analyzers; others use force plates and camera-based motion tracking. You’ll be carefully coached through each step, with exercises scaled to your ability.

This is not about pushing you, it’s about collecting high-quality data.

Plan for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

This allows enough time to:

  • Move through each assessment without rushing
  • Rest between tests as needed
  • Ensure accurate, repeatable data
  • Debrief on results after testing

For the most part, it’s intentionally approachable. The last 2-4 minutes of your VO2 Max test will be an intense effort. If you are apprehensive about this please speak with your practitioner on the day, as we can extrapolate an estimated VO2 Max from a more manageable 80% of your max HR if you are not comfortable going to max.

The majority of the session is low to moderate intensity. The VO2 Max portion gradually increases in effort, the biomechanics and force plate assessments focus on controlled movements, balance, and functional strength.

You’re never pushed beyond your comfort level, and you can pause or stop at any time.

Yes. The Longevity Passport is designed for everyday people focused on aging well, not just athletes.

Each assessment is scaled to your current ability, closely supervised and adjusted based on health history and comfort.

Preparation is simple:

  • Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours prior
  • Don’t eat a heavy meal 4 hours before
  • No caffeine within 4 hours or alcohol within 12 hours of testing
  • Stay well hydrated
  • Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes
  • For the biomechanics assessment the camera will be picking up your knee and hip flexion – so no loose fitting clothing that goes beyond the knee (ideally shorts or leggings)

We’ll guide you through everything else during your session.

You’ll receive your Longevity Passport report within 48 hours.

Your report includes:

  • VO2 max score and age-based percentile
  • Resting metabolic rate and energy baseline
  • Strength, balance, and neuromuscular insights
  • Mobility and movement efficiency analysis
  • Personalized recommendations for training and lifestyle

This becomes your baseline for aging well.

For most people, retesting after an initial 6 months, and then once every 12 months is ideal.

Longevity is about tracking trends over time, not chasing single numbers.
